Julia Cuypers was born and educated in Europe, where she graduated from The Catholic University of Leuven. In 1981, she moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she resided on Las Olas and on the beach.

Julia inherited her real estate investing skills from her parents who had businesses in France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. She has had her real estate license for more than 10 years and specializes in waterfront residential properties, including those located on the beach. Among Julia’s many assets is her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and our local market, multilingual skills, and dedication to the interests and needs of her clients.
